To maximise the benefits of the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games developing sponsorship from external organizations is crucial - I really need to make our messages stand out from the crowd. My communication skills were transformed and energised by this course! At a recent high-level meeting I managed to talk my way into a one-to-one with a key figure and set up further contacts - where I will no doubt be using these skills again!
